Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably cleaned and had everything we needed and then some, and the modern look added to the comfort. The service was absolutely fantastic from the moment we checked in, with no pressure to attend any timeshare presentations, which was a relief. The location was superb, as we could easily walk out of the building to check in and enjoy all the main attractions nearby. The dining experience, featuring traditional fish dishes, was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing with spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for families and longer business trips. The service was nice and patient, especially with my kiddos. The location was key to the events during my stay, offering a convenient spot close to the main places. Although the hotel tries to get you into a timeshare presentation, it's still in a great location.
I had a great stay at the hotel; the rooms had a nice view of the Capital Building and were wonderfully sized, making it perfect for having friends over for dinner. However, the poor sound insulation was a drawback. The overall setup is ideal for families and longer business trips.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its amazing rooms that were clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The service, however, left much to be desired as they tried to lure guests into timeshare sales from the moment of arrival. The location was great, offering easy access to downtown and other attractions, but it required inconvenient parking arrangements. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really clean and all modern, with a nice view of the Capital Building. They are good for families and longer business trips, and I found them to be very comfortable and even better than I expected. The service was a bit of a letdown with the charging for a presentation and pressuring us into attending a timeshare sales session. However, the tours and ticket assistance were helpful. The location was convenient to downtown and other main spots, but it felt like a setup to interact with salespeople. As for the dining experience, I didn't have much to say, although the traditional bread was a nice touch. The facilities overall were nice and well-kept.
